Our vision is to build a 50 metre pool and water slides in the town.
The Idea
The pool would not only be home to Livingston Swimming Club, but to other swimming groups as well, somewhere to hold swim meets and competitions. The pool will be able to split into two 25 metre pools for younger age groups and fun sessions.
The complex would also consist of water slides, a restaurant and other meeting spaces so as to become a real community hub within the town.
It would be built with the latest energy efficient technology to ensure it can be run as cheaply as possible. It will also be community owned, ensuring all profits are reinvested back into the pool and local area.
